摘要
为提升和保障数控加工装备的加工能力,降低加工成本,从产品使用的角度出发,提出了一种面向数控加工装备的产品服务系统,并构建了该系统配置和运行的框架。该框架以完成加工任务为最终目标,以充分保障并发挥数控装备功能为核心内容,包括配置子系统、调度子系统和服务支撑子系统三部分。详细叙述了实施该框架的关键技术。最后给出了一个运行实例,并对该框架进行了验证。
To enhance and guarantee the machining functions of computer numerical control machine tools, and decrease machining cost, from the perspective of products utilization, a machine tool oriented product service system (CNC-PSS) based on the functions provision idea was presented, and system configuration and operation architecture was constructed. The architecture included a configuration subsystem, a scheduling subsystem and a service- supporting subsystem, with finishing machining tasks as the ultimate objective and enhancing and maintaining machining capabilities as the core. In addition, the key technologies of the architecture were also discussed in detail. Finally, an operation example was provided to verify the architecture.
