摘要
文章建立了流动注射法测定空气中的氨和降水中的铵的方法。方法的标准曲线的相关系数大于0.9995,精密度范围在0.4%-1.1%之间,加标回收率在98.5%-105%之间。表明方法准确可行。此外,文章还将流动注射法和经典的方法纳氏试剂光度法进行对比,从对比结果看,流动注射法与纳氏试剂光度法测定结果相当,并且方法抗扰能力比纳氏试剂光度法更强。
The article has established the flow injection method of determination of ammonia in air and ammonium in the rain. The correlation coefficient of standard curve is greater than 0.9995, precision of range is between 0.4 and 1.1 %, standard addition recovery rate is between 98.5 to 105 %. That method is accurate and feasible. In addition, the article also compare flow injections with the classical method nessler's reagent spectrophotometry, from the results contrast, both flow injection and nessler's reagent spectrophotometry quite, and immunity ability of flow injection is even stronger than nessler's reagent spectrophotometry.
