摘要
以空心玻璃微珠填充环氧树脂制备高强复合泡沫材料,在选取不同种类室温固化剂的基础上,研究了空心玻璃微珠含量对复合泡沫材料压缩性能的影响。研究表明当空心玻璃微珠质量分数为105%时,复合泡沫材料的比强度达最大值,此时压缩强度为62.91MPa,密度为0.55g/cm3。
High strength syntactic foam material has been successfully synthesized by epoxy resin with glass hollow microspheres.Based on the selection of different types of room temperature curing agent,the effect of the content of glass hollow microspheres on the compression properties of the syntactic foam was studied.The results showed that the specific strength of epoxy syntactic foam reached maximum when the content of hollow glass microspheres was 105%.The compressive strength of composite was 62.91 MPa and the density was 0.55 g/cm^3.
