摘要 以环氧树脂、氰酸酯树脂和中空玻璃微珠为原料制备了高性能复合泡沫材料,通过示差扫描量热分析和热重分析以及弯曲性能和吸水率测试研究了玻璃微珠含量对复合泡沫材料性能的影响。结果表明,玻璃微珠的加入促进了环氧与氰酸酯间的固化反应。加入玻璃微珠后,复合材料的最大热分解温度和玻璃化转变温度变化不大,但初始热分解温度略有下降。与纯树脂基体相比,复合材料的弯曲模量基本保持不变,但在玻璃微珠质量分数从5%增至10%时,弯曲强度急剧下降。此外,随着空心玻璃微珠含量的增加,复合泡沫材料的密度逐渐降低,吸水率逐渐增加。 The high-performance syntactic foams were prepared using epoxy resin ,cyanate resin and hollow glass microspheres as raw materials. The effects of glass microspheres content on the properties of syntactic foams were investigated by the DSC and TG analysis and testings of flexural property and water absorption. The results showed that the curing reaction between epoxy and cyanate was promoted by the addition of glass microspheres and the maximum thermal decomposition temperature and glass transition temperature of the composite were not changed, but the initial thermal decomposition temperature was decreased slightly. Compared with the pure resin matrix, the flexural modulus of the composite basically remained the same. But the flexural strength was decreased sharply when the glass microspheres amount was increased from 5wt% to 10wt%. With the increasing of the hollow glass microspheres content,the density of the composite foam was decreased gradually and the water absorption was increased gradually.
