摘要
考察了助交联剂种类,交联剂、助交联剂用量,以及二段硫化工艺条件、时间等因素对四丙氟橡胶材料性能的影响。研究发现,TAIC是四丙氟橡胶比较适宜的助交联剂;随着交联程度的增加,四丙氟橡胶材料定伸应力提高、拉断伸长率下降、硬度增高。但材料压缩永久变形随交联程度变化的情况比较复杂。单纯提高材料体系的交联程度对于四丙氟橡胶材料压缩永久变形性能影响不大;而通过适宜的硫化工艺条件实现四丙氟橡胶材料交联网络结构的完善,可以优化材料的压缩永久变形性能。
The influences on the properties of FEPM from crosslinking networks were studied by co-crosslinking agent types, crosslinking and co-crosslinking agent consumption, and postcure conditions. Results showed that TAIC performed well as the co-crosslinking agent, compared with other types co-crosslinking agent tested. With the increase of crosslinking density, FEPM compound exhibited stronger strength at given elongation, reduced elongation at break, and higher hardness; but the situation with compression set was complicated. Compression set of FEPM varied little with simply increasing the crosslinking density; however, with suitable postcure conditions which perfect the crosslinking networks, the compression set of FEPM got optimized at certain crosslinking density.
