摘要
目的探究在子宫内膜息肉的诊断方面,经阴道三维超声诊断的最佳时间。方法选取我院近年来收治的子宫内膜息肉患者300例,随机将患者分为对照组和实验组各150例。实验组在患者子宫内膜增生期进行经阴道三维超声诊断,对照组在患者子宫内膜分泌期进行经阴道三维超声诊断。比较两组的确诊率。结果实验组确诊例数为142例,未确诊例数8例,确诊率94.67%;对照组确诊例数为75例,未确诊例数75例,确诊率50.00%;两组确诊率相比差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经阴道三维超声诊断子宫内膜息肉时,选择恰当的时间十分重要,选择患者子宫内膜增生期进行检查,能够大大提高子宫内膜息肉的确诊率。
Objective To explore the optimal time of transvaginal three-dimensional ultrasound in the diagnosis of endometrial polyps. Methods 300 cases of patients with endometrial polyps treated in our hospital in recent years were selected as research objects and randomly divided into control group and experimental group, with 150 cases in each group. The experimental group was given transvaginal three-dimensional ultrasound in proliferative phase, the control group was given transvaginal three-dimensional ultrasound in secretory phase. The confirmed rate of two groups was compared. Results The confirmed rate of the experimental group was 94.67%, with definite diagnosis in 142 cases and undetermined diagnosis in 8 cases; the confirmed rate of the control group was 50.00%, with definite diagnosis in75 cases and undetermined diagnosis in 75 cases. The confirmed rate between two groups had statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusions It＇s important to choose right time when giving endometrial polyps patients the inspection of three-dimensional ultrasound. The inspection of patients in proliferative phase can significantly improve the confirmed rate of endometrial polyps.
