经阴道超声检查对88例子宫内膜息肉的诊断价值分析被引量：1

摘要目的探讨经阴道超声检查对子宫内膜息肉的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析2014年1月—2015年4月我院88例子宫内膜患者经阴道超声检查的临床资料。结果 6例(6.82%)B超检查未发现子宫内膜息肉;其余82例(93.18%)B超检查提示子宫内膜息肉,直径为3.00 mm^16.00 mm,平均(8.68±2.17)mm,其中11例(13.41%)息肉直径<5 mm,62例(75.61%)息肉直径5 mm^10 mm,9例(10.98%)息肉直径>10 mm。结论子宫内膜息肉是宫腔的微小病变,经阴道超声检查对其有较好的诊断价值。
