经阴道三维超声宫腔造影诊断子宫内膜息肉的临床价值 被引量:10

The clinical value of three-dimensional saline infusion sonohysterography in diagnosis for endometrial polyps

摘要 目的探讨三维超声造影(3D-SIS)对子宫内膜息肉的诊断价值。方法对临床拟诊内膜息肉的76例患者进行三维超声(3D-US)、3D-SIS及宫腔镜手术-病理检查,并对结果进行分析。结果以手术-病理结果作为诊断金标准,内膜息肉48例,粘膜下肌瘤9例,内膜增生10例,机化血凝块3例,正常内膜6例。3D-US对内膜息肉诊断的敏感性为81.2%,特异性21.4%;3D-SIS对内膜息肉诊断的敏感性为93.7%,特异性92.8%。造影前、后诊断准确率比较有显著差异(χ2=5.45,P=0.019)。结论 3D-SIS检查准确率高,是诊断子宫内膜息肉的可靠方法。 Objective To explore the clinical value of three-dimensional saline infusionsonohysterography(3D-SIS) in the diagnosis of endometrial polyps.Methods 76 patients suspected of endometrial polyps were enrolled in this study.Surgical pathologic examination were performed after 3D-SIS examination in all patients.Results Surgical-pathologic resultsas a diagnostic gold standard,there were 48 cases with endometrial polyps,9 cases with submucous myoma,10 cases with endometrial hyperplasia,3 cases with intrauterine blood clots and 3 cases with normal endometrium.The sensitivity of 3D-US was 81.2% and the specificity was 21.4%.The sensitivity of 3D-SIS was 100% and the specificity was 94.4%.Conclusion 3D-SIS inspection with high accuracy is a reliable diagnostic method of endometrial polyps.
