摘要
分别对肉制品、糕点及馅料、蜜饯等食品中总糖检测方法进行探讨。分析了总糖检测方法中的影响因素。同时对肉制品、糕点及馅料、蜜饯等总糖检测方法与国家标准检测方法进行比较。
Methods of total sugar detection in food,such as meat product,pastry its fillings and succades,were explored.Influence factors were discussed. Methods of total sugar detection were compared with national standards methods for meat product,pastry its fillings and succades.
