摘要
康奈尔大学全方位课程理念的产生不仅是美国经济社会发展的必然结果,还是创办者康奈尔和怀特共同努力的结果。其课程设计具有明确的通专相结合的培养目标,强调所有学科、专业、课程一律平等,注重实用教育与自由教育相结合,课程注重对学生科研能力的培养,课程的跨学科倾向等方面的特色。我国地方综合性大学课程改革可以从中汲取有益的经验,即要明确大学课程设计理念;改变课程观念,注重学科间的均衡发展;加强科学研究,突显服务职能;注重课程资源的整合与开发,为学生的自由选择提供更多的机会等。
Cornell University all- purpose curriculum idea generation is not only the inevitable result of economic and social development of American,but is the result of founder of Connell and White joint efforts. The curriculum design has the features such as general course and specialized course combination,all courses are equal,combine the practical education and free education,curriculum pay attention to cultivate the students' scientific research ability,curriculum interdisciplinary tendency. China local comprehensive university curriculum reform can draw useful experience from it,namely to clear the university curriculum design; to strengthen the integration and development of curriculum resources; change the curriculum idea,eliminate the disciplinary differences; to strengthen the scientific research,highlight the service function; to pay attention to the integration and development of curriculum resources,provide more opportunities for students to choose freely etc.
