摘要
本文对军队中小医院聘用人员日常管理着手,围绕创新军队中小医院聘用人员管理模式、建立科学的任用、考评体系和提高地方聘用人员执行非战争军事任务能力,探讨新形式下军队中小医院聘用人员管理的方法与路径,对军队中小医院聘用人员管理的长效机制进行积极探索。
Focusing on the daily management of employed staff in a military hospital, the author discussed the management measures of these staff, which include innovating management mode, setting up a scientific a pointment and evaluation system, improving the staff's capability to operate the military mission in non -war period. At last, the long - term mechanism of the management was explored.
