摘要
创新型医学人才是医院竞争的核心力量,知识创新和技术创新都呼唤创新型医学人才。本文从创新型医学人才的重要性,分析创新型医学人才的特征,提出医院要根据马斯洛需要层次理论为创新型医学人才构建成才的平台。
Innovation medical personnel are the core power of hospital core competence. From the angel of importance of innovation medical personnel, the author analyzed the characters of these people, and proposed that new cultivation platform for them should be set up based on Maslow＇ s theory of hierarchy need.
