摘要
医疗信息化的不断发展,新技术、新理念的不断出现,各级各类医疗机构需要更多具备专业知识、专业技能的医疗信息化专门人才。文章从实践创新能力对于人才培养重要意义、如何培养具有实践创新能力的医疗信息化专业人才进行了探讨。
A lot of medical information professionals were needed by medical agency with the development of medical information, new technology and new ideas. In the article, we will discuss the importance of practice and innovation capabilities, and how to train medical information professionals with innovation.
