摘要
随着经济的发展,越来越多高职院校旅游酒店管理专业开设了茶艺课程,如何利用现有条件来上好茶艺课是一个值得研究的课题。通过对无锡南洋职业技术学院旅游酒店管理专业茶艺课程教学进行分析,提出了有利于课程建设的若干建议。
With the development of economy, more and more vocational colleges have opened the courses of ＂ Sado ＆ Tea ceremony＂, so it is worth studying how to use the existing conditions to give a good ＂Sado ＆ Tea ceremony＂ course. Several suggestions are put forward to promote the course construction through analyzing the ＂Sado ＆ Tea ceremony＂ course teaching of tourism and hotel management major in Wuxi Nanyang Vocational College.
