摘要
随着国内高星级饭店以及各类酒水服务企业对茶艺服务人员需求量的增加,茶艺师这一新兴职业日渐走俏,越来越多的高职院校酒店管理专业开设了茶艺课程,然而各个学校茶艺教学水平参差不齐,本文分析了茶艺课程设置的必要性,目前存在的问题,并对茶艺教学实践活动进行了详细深入的探讨。
With the domestic high star hotels and various drinks service enterprises' demand for tea service personnel increasing, tea room--this emerging occupation is more and more prevalent, and the hotel management specialty in higher vocational colleges more and more open tea art course, but each school tea art course teaching level is uneven. This paper analyzes the necessity of tea art course, and the existing problems, and discusses the practice of tea art teaching in detail.
