摘要
目的：系统评价中药治疗白塞氏病的疗效。方法：计算机检索CBM、CNKI、Pub Med、EMBASE、CENTRAL,检索时间从建库截止2014年3月7日,纳入中药或中西医结合治疗白塞氏病的随机对照试验,采用Cochrane Reviewer’s Handbook 5.1.0推荐的＂偏倚风险评估＂工具评价纳入研究质量,Rev Man 5.2软件进行Meta分析。结果：获得相关文献73篇,纳入9篇符合标准的RCT,共645例患者（中药组348例,西药组297例）。Meta分析结果显示,与西药组比较中药组可显著提高总有效率（OR=2.89,95%CI：1.90-4.40,P〈0.05）,降低3个月复发率（OR=0.15,95%CI：0.05-0.41,P〈0.05）,降低C-反应蛋白含量（MD=-3.57,95%CI：-4.54-2.61,P〈0.05）,2组治疗后口腔溃疡和针刺反应积分比较差异无统计学意义,在外阴溃疡、眼炎、皮肤病变、发热和关节病变积分方面比较差异有统计学意义。结论：中药治疗白塞氏病的疗效优于西医组,鉴于纳入研究样本量小且质量较低,推荐今后开展大样本量高质量随机对照试验进一步证实其疗效。
Objective： To evaluate the effectiveness of Chinese medicine for behcet ＇s disease. Methods： Such databases as CBM,CNKI,Pub Med,EMBASE,CENTRAL,were searched from inception to March,2014 to identify randomized controlled trials（ RCTs） about Chinese medicine（ CM） for behcet＇s disease. The risk of bias assessment was conducted according to Cochrane Reviewer＇s Handbook 5. 1. 0. Meta analysis was conducted using Rev Man 5. 2 software.Results A total of 9 studies were identified and involved 645 patients. The results of meta-analysis showed that CM could significantly improve the overall effective rate（ OR = 2. 89,95% CI： 1. 90 - 4. 40,P 0. 05）,reduce 3 months recurrence（ OR = 0. 15,95% CI： 0. 050. 41,P 0. 05）,reduce the value of CRP（ MD =- 3. 57,95% CI：- 4. 54 - 2. 61,P 0. 05）. And there were statistical significant difference in reducing most of symptoms scores after treatment. Conclusions The effectiveness of CM were better than western medicine in the treatment of behcet＇s disease. RCTs of larger samples and higher quality are needed due to the samples and quality are poor for included studies.
