摘要
目的观察越鞠升降汤联合心理干预治疗轻度伴躯体障碍抑郁症的临床疗效。方法选择轻度伴躯体障碍抑郁症患者,随机分为治疗组及对照组。治疗组采用越鞠升降汤联合心理干预治疗,对照组仅给予越鞠升降汤治疗。2组均以连续治疗6周为1疗程,采用HAMD抑郁量表评分和4级疗效评定法分别对2组治疗前和治疗后1、2、4、6周末HAMD评分及临床疗效进行评定。结果治疗前2组HAMD评分比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组治疗后的HAMD总评分明显低于对照组,躯体症状改善率高于对照组,组间比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论越鞠升降汤联合心理干预治疗可显著改善轻度伴躯体障碍抑郁症患者的临床症状,减轻抑郁状态,提高患者的生活质量。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Yuejushengjiang decoction in combined with psychological inter-vention in treating mild depression accompanied by body disorder .Methods The patients with mild depression accompanied by body disorder who were admitted in our hospital were included in our study and randomized into the treatment group and the control group .The patients in the treatment group were given Yuejushengjiang decoction in combined with psychological intervention ,while the patients in the control group were only administered with Yuejushengjiang decoction .Continuous six-week treatment in the two groups was regarded as one course .The HAMD and level four efficacy estimation method were used to evaluate the HAMD score and clinical efficacy before treatment and 1 ,2 ,4 ,6 week after treatment in the two groups . Results The comparison of HAMD score before treatment between the two groups was not significantly different （ P〉0 .05 ） .The HAMD score after treatment in the experiment group was significantly lower than that in the control group , the body symptom improvement rate was significantly higher than that in the control group ,the comparison between the two groups was significantly different （ P〈0 .05 ） .The total effective rate after treatment in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group （ P〈0 .05 ） .Conclusion Yuejushengjiang decoction in combined with psychological intervention can significantly improve the patients＇ clinical symptoms ,alleviate the depression status ,and enhance the patients＇ living qualities with a definite efficacy .
