摘要
目的：了解小榄镇的儿童水痘疫苗接种情况，为提高水痘疫苗接种率和减少儿童水痘发病率提供依据。方法：2014年1—3月，对小榄人民医院防保科辖区内的1—7岁儿童的水痘疫苗接种及水痘发病情况进行调查和回访。结果：共调查2296人，接种水痘疫苗1988人，接种率86．6％，各年龄段有不同程度差异，常住儿童接种率高于流动儿童。未接种水痘疫苗儿童308人，患水痘儿童28人（9．1％），症状较重，持续时间较长，医疗花费较高。结论：水痘疫苗整体接种率较高，对儿童起到了积极的保护作用，做好7岁以下儿童的接种宣传，提高接种率，可以有效地减少儿童水痘发病率。
