摘要
当前,地方本科高校转型发展实践中,遭遇了"为何转""转什么"和"怎样转"的迷茫和纠结。厘清地方高校转型的现状、本质、目标、方式和路径等,成为摆在地方本科高校转型发展面前的一个现实而又紧迫的问题,直接关系到地方本科高校转型的方向、效率和成败。
At present, there has been some confusion and perplexity in the practice of transformation development of local undergraduate universities, 'Why transform?', 'What transform?' and 'How to transform?' To clarify the status, nature, goal, way and strategy of the transformation development of local colleges and universities directly affect the direction, efficiency, and success of the transformation development of local undergraduate universities, which becomes a real and urgent problem.
