摘要
高校以市场需求为导向,进行培养高层次应用技术型人才,注重在应用型人才培养、科学研究等方面坚持"地方性",突出"应用型",促进高校的转型发展.文章阐述了应用型本科院校根据学校自身定位,办好计算机科学与技术专业的理念.在人才培养模式、专业理论课程设置、实践课程设置和教学质量保障等方面下功夫,培养与企业需求相对接,具备企业需求的应用型人才,满足企业对人才的需求,实现学生零距离就业.
To promote the transformation and development of universities,universities should take the market demand as the guidance to cultivate applied technical talents in a high level,adhere to the ＂locality ＂ of the cultivation of application- typed talents and scientific research,and highlight the characteristics of ＂application＂.This article expounds the philosophy of applied universities holding well the major of computer science and technology according to its self- position, making great effort in personnel training mode, setting- up of professional theory courses,setting- up of practical curriculum,guaranteed teaching quality and other aspects.Thus,the universities cultivate applied talents in needs of enterprises,with business needs,and meet the needs of enterprises and realize students＇ zero- distance employment.
