摘要
知识论是西方教师学习理论研究和实践探索的立足点。传统的知识论、建构主义的知识论和复杂性理论对知识的认识立场令不同阶段教师学习研究呈现出不同的面貌。从发展趋势看,教师学习对推进教育系统性变革具有重要意义,如何整合"个体—群体(学校组织)—政策"系统是其进一步研讨的重点。
Epistemology is the base of theoretical research and practical exploration on western teachers' learning.The standpoint epistemology of traditional epistemology,constructive epistemology and complexity theory offers teachers' learning research different features.Judging from developing trend,teacher learning studies nowadays should play a very significant role in prompting educational change systematically while integrating individual-community(school organization)-policy as one unit will be the highlight of future research.
