摘要
健康不仅是身体没有疾病困扰,同时还包括完整的心理及生理上的健康。健康体检是人们在无明显异常感觉或病症的情况下,进行的体格检查和实验仪器检查。耳鼻喉与人的生理活动密切相关,定期开展耳鼻喉体检,能及时掌握病情,并做出有效的防御性治疗。健康教育是有计划、系统的教育活动,通过健康知识和技能的传播,使患者的行为向有利于康复方面发展。本文结合我院开展耳鼻喉健康体检工作中实施健康教育的方法和体会作一论述。
Health is not only a physical problem, but also includes the complete mental and physical health. Health examination is the physical examination and experimental apparatus in the absence of obvious abnormal sensation or disease. The physiological activity of the ear, nose and throat is closely related to the physical activity. The regular examination of the ear, nose and throat can timely master the disease and make effective defensive treatment. Health education is a planned, systematic educational activity, through the spread of health knowledge and skills, and to make the patient ＇s behavior is conducive to the development of rehabilitation. In this paper, we dis-cussed the method and experience of health education in health examination of otorhinolaryngology carried out in our hospital.
