摘要
医生的人生价值是社会价值和自我价值的辩证统一,社会价值是自我价值的现实基础,并决定自我价值;自我价值则是社会价值的衡量尺度,客观反映着社会价值。在社会转型的大背景下,医生要实现自我价值,首先需要创造社会价值;要确保经济效益,先要追求社会效益;要追求长远利益,就不能只顾及眼前局部利益。上述的价值选择将直接决定医生的医疗行为。为了实现人生价值最大化,医生必须在医疗技术、医德修养和人文素质三方面下工夫。
The doctor＇s life value is dialectical unity of the social value and self value. The social value is the realistic foundation of self value, and directly decides self value ; the self value is the measure of the social value, and objectively reflects the social value. Under the Social transformation background, a doctor wants to obtain self value, first to create social value; wants to ensure the economic benefits, first to pursue social benefits; wants to maintain the longterm interests, can not only take into account short- term local interests. The above value choice will directly decide the doctor＇s medical behavior. In order to maximize the life value, the doctor must make efforts on the three aspects： medical technology, medical ethics and humanistic quality.
