摘要
医生职业的特殊性和服务对象的复杂性,决定了不可能根据医生的劳动量来评价他的内在价值。建立门诊医生工作质量分析指标体系的目的是通过对HIS门诊历史记录进行分析,挖掘出门诊医生工作质量信息,建立门诊医生工作质量指标体系,为门诊医生管理和门诊经营决策提供有力的依据。
The specialty of such a profession and the diversity of patients' condition which determine that it ought not to judge a doctor's performance only by his workload. The establishment of Outpatient Doctors' Performance Analysis Index System' aims to provide convincing data for the management of outpatient doctors and operation strategy of outpatient through analyzing doctors' historical HIS records and related information. Presently this project is still at its testing stage.The analysis conclusion has not yet been reached and the physical data need to further be studied.
