摘要
目的对人文关怀在电子喉镜检查护理中的应用价值进行研究。方法选取2018年1月至2018年12月我院收治的160例行电子喉镜检查的患者作为本次研究对象,同时采用随机数字法分为对照组与观察组两组,每组患者80例,对照组患者采用普通护理,观察组患者在对照组患者的基础上采用人文关怀护理,对比两组患者对护理工作的满意度、两组患者的不良情绪评分及在喉镜检查中的依从性。结果观察组患者对护理工作的满意度、喉镜检查中的依从性明显高于对照组患者,不良情绪评分明显低于对照组患者,差异明显,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于行电子喉镜检查的患者,在普通护理的基础上,采用人文关怀护理,可有效降低患者的不良情绪,对患者的依从性与对护理工作的满意度进行了有效提升,提高了患者的日常生活质量,也促进了良好护患关系的形成,更是有效促进了患者病情的康复。
Objective To study the application value of humanistic care in electronic laryngoscopy nursing.Methods 160 patients who underwent electronic laryngoscopy in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2018 were selected as the research object.At the same time,they were randomly divided into control group and observation group.80 patients in each group were treated with general nursing,while 80 patients in control group were treated with humanistic nursing on the basis of control group.Satisfaction,bad mood score and compliance in laryngoscopy in the two groups.Result The satisfaction of nursing work and compliance of laryngoscopy in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the scores of bad mood were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Cconclusion For patients undergoing electronic laryngoscopy,on the basis of general nursing,humanistic care nursing can effectively reduce patients’bad mood,improve patients’compliance and satisfaction with nursing work,improve patients’quality of daily life,promote the formation of good nurse-patient relationship,and effectively promote patients’rehabilitation.
