某高校教师亚健康状况及影响因素分析 被引量:2

摘要 [目的]了解某高校教师亚健康状况分布,分析其亚健康的主要影响因素,为预防干预策略的制定和提高高校教师的健康水平提供依据。[方法]采用随机抽样的方法,对某高校300名教师进行问卷调查,对亚健康状况进行统计分析。[结果]该高校教师亚健康状态检出率为71.7%。不同性别、不同年龄、不同职称和不同工作时间的该校教师亚健康状态检出率不同,差异有统计学意义。女性教师、中青年教师、中级职称教师和在校工作时间为3到10年的教师更容易处于亚健康状态。[结论]该校教师亚健康问题较为突出,应引起高度关注,并积极采取有针对性的预防干预措施,以提高该校教师的整体健康水平。 Objective To understand the distribution of college teachers' sub-health status, and analyze main influencing factors of sub-health in order to provide the basis for prevention intervention strategy formulation and improving health level to college teachers. Methods By using random sampling method, questionnaire survey was conducted to 300 college teachers, use SPSS statistical software to analyzes sub-health status. Results The college teachers' sub-health state detection rate was 71.7%. Detection rate of different gender, age, titles and working hours was differences. There was statistical significant in differences. The teachers who were female, middle and young-aged, intermediate title and working from 3 to 10 years in school were easier in sub-health status. Conclusions The college teachers' sub-health problem is outstanding, which should be paid more attention to them. It needs actively to take targeted prevention interventions in order to improve the college teachers' overall health level.
