摘要
对我院教职工的亚健康现状进行了问卷调查,并对发生原因、影响因素进行分析,提出预防对策和措施。结果表明,我院教师亚健康发生率高达59.17%,高发年龄是31～40岁,其中女性教师的亚健康状态高于男性教师,应引起重视。
With reference to questionaires from shunde polytechnic, the causes and the risk factors of subheahh are analysed, and preventive measures against subheahh are suggested. It is shown that the 59.17% of faculty is in subheahh, the age from 31 to 40 is more dangerous than orther age, and famel is more serious than male.The situation should be concerned.
