摘要
介绍了一种用于机械传动的钢丝绳柔性联轴器,针对运行中钢丝绳的结构变形,推导出振动幅度与钢丝绳弯折角度之间的数学关系。基于Workbench平台对单股钢丝绳进行静力和疲劳寿命分析,通过修改模型的弯折角度,得到交变载荷下弯折钢丝绳疲劳应力云图和寿命云图,根据云图指出疲劳破坏的位置,并记录多组疲劳寿命值。利用数值变换,得出振动幅度与疲劳寿命的关系图,为钢丝绳柔性联轴器寿命的研究提供了理论依据,并为联轴器的实际应用提供了技术指导。
A wire rope coupling used by Sugarcane crushing machine is introduced,in view of the structural deformation in the operation of wire rope, the mathematical relationship is deduced between the bending angle and vibration amplitude of the wire rope. Static and fatigue life analysis is taken on single strands wire rope based on Workbench platform,wire rope fatigue cloud and static stress cloud is obtained by modifying bending angle of the model. Then we can point out the position of fatigue damage according to the fatigue life cloud,and record multiple sets of values.Using numerical transformation, it is concluded that the diagram of vibration amplitude and fatigue life,this can provide the theoretical basis for the life of wire rope coupling research, and provides the technical guidance for the coupling of practical application.
