摘要
为比较桑树毛状根与不同品种桑树根总黄酮含量的差异,以芦丁为标准品,用分光光度法(波长选择510 nm),以Na NO2-Al(NO3)3-Na OH显色法,对毛状根和陕桑305、湖桑32、沙2、蒙桑4个桑树品种的桑树根总黄酮含量进行了测定。结果发现,桑树毛状根的总黄酮含量最高,为3.28%,其由高到低依次为毛状根>蒙桑根>沙2根>湖桑32根>陕桑305根;差异显著性检验发现,除湖桑32和陕桑305之间差异不显著外,其他样品之间差异均达显著水平。
To compare the total flavonoids content in varieties of mulberry roots and hairy roots, using rutin as the standard,Na NO2-Al(NO3)3-Na OH as coloration system, total flavonoids contents in roots of mulberry hairy root, Shaansang 305, Husang 32, Sha 2and Mongol mulberry were determined by spectrophotometry at the wavelength of 510 nm. The content of total flavonoids in mulberry hairy roots was 3.28%, which was highest in all samples, and then was Mongol mulberry, Sha 2, Husang 32, and Shaansang 305.Significant difference tests showed that there were significant difference between all the samples, except Husang 32 and Shaansang 305.
