摘要
近年来,由于药用植物的大量开发应用、人工栽培的困难和品质退化等原因,导致许多药用植物资源严重短缺。而采用植物细胞或器官离体培养技术,可快速积累药用植物的活性成分,为资源短缺问题的解决提供了有效手段。本文从离体培养条件、天然活性成分的积累、离体培养体系三方面总结了药用植物离体培养近年来的研究进展。
The serious lack of medicinal plant resources in recent years was caused by over development and application, difficulty in artificial cultivation and degradation of plant quality etc. Plant cell or organ culture techniques help accumulate active ingredients of medicinal plants quickly and is an important method to solve this problem. The research progress in in vitro culture of medicinal plants was reviewed in this paper from optimization of cultivation conditions, accumulation of natural active ingredients, and the culture system.
