摘要
为摸清放牧山羊CPT1B基因mRNA的组织分布特点,以贵州省雷公山山区放牧饲养的黔东南小香羊、贵州白山羊、贵州黑山羊、黔北麻羊和南江黄羊为研究对象,采用TaqMan法对心、肝、肺、肾、背最长肌、半膜肌和皮下脂肪CPT1B基因的mRNA进行定量分析。结果表明:黔东南小香羊的心肌和半膜肌、贵州白山羊的心肌背最长肌和半膜肌、贵州黑山羊的心肌背最长肌和半膜肌、贵州麻羊的心肌背最长肌和半膜肌、南江黄羊的心肌中CPT1B mRNA水平均显著高于各自品种的肝、肺、肾和皮下脂肪对应值。结果表明:放牧山羊CPT1B基因mRNA主要分布在心肌、背最长肌和半膜肌。本研究为探索放牧山羊的肉质性状与CPT1B基因表达水平的关系奠定了基础。
In order to figure out the distribution characteristics of CPT1B gene mRNA in tissues of grazing goats,5 breeds of grazing goats in Leigongshan mountain area such as Qiandongnan small-xiang goat,Guizhou white goat,Guizhou black goat,Qianbei Ma goat and Nanjiang yellow goat were regarded as research objects,and the expression levels of CPT1B mRNA in livers,kidneys,hearts,lungs,longissimus muscle,semimembranosus muscle and subcutaneous fat were detected by real-time TaqMan-fluorescence quantitative RT-PCR.The results showed that heart and semimembranosus muscle had higher CPT1B mRNA levels than liver,lung,kidney and subcutaneous fat in Qiandongnan small-xiang goat.Similarly,heart,longissimus muscle and semimembranosus muscle in Guizhou white goat,Guizhou black goat and Qianbei Ma goat,and heart in Nanjiang yellow goat had higher CPT1B mRNA levels than liver,lung,kidney and subcutaneous fat in their own breeds.The results sugges-ted that CPT1B mRNA were mainly expressed in heart,longissimus muscle and semimembranosus muscle of graz-ing goats.This study has laid the foundation for exploring the relationship between the meat quality traits of graz-ing goats and the expression levels of CPT1B gene.
