摘要
为了探讨逐级递增跑台运动训练方式对大鼠心肌ATP、AMP及AMP/ATP的影响,建立了逐级递增跑台运动训练动物模型,采用高效液相色谱检测AMP、ATP的含量.研究结果表明:随着运动负荷的增加,大鼠心肌AMP含量呈现上升趋势,与对照组相比较,存在显著性差异(P<0.05);ATP含量呈现先下降趋势,存在显著性差异(P<0.05),后期出现的轻微上升趋势没有显著性差异(P>0.05);ATP/AMP呈现上升趋势,存在显著性差异(P<0.05).大鼠心肌对于逐级递增运动呈现适应性强度,运动过程中AMP/ATP比值的改变是ATP与AMP综合变化的效应,ATP变化幅度还是非常的有限,主要是通过增加AMP含量来提升能量供应.
To investigate the influence of the incremental treadmill exercise training on the rat cardiomyocytes ATP, AMP and AMP/ATP , a model of incremental treadmill exercise training foranimals was built. High-performance liquid chromatography was used to detect AMP,ATP content. The results: show that with the increase in exercise load, AMP content of rat cardiac increases. Compared with the control group, there was a significant difference (P〈0. 05); ATP content drops first, with significant difference (P〈0.05) and goes up slightly later with no significant difference (P〈0.05) ;with ATP / AMP rising, there was a significant difference (P〈0. 05). It can be concluded that the myocardial show adaptability to the intensity of incremental movement. Although the change in the ratio of AMP to ATP results from the change of ATP and AMP, the ATP's variation is limited, mainly by increasing the AMP content to supply energy.
