摘要
荜茇酰胺是一种具有多种生物活性的天然生物碱,其药理活性包括抗肿瘤、抗血小板凝集、抗抑郁和抗焦虑等。近年来,对其抗肿瘤活性研究较多,其最大的特点是对多种肿瘤细胞具有特异性的细胞毒作用,而对正常细胞无影响。综述了荜茇酰胺的化学合成方法、药理作用以及构效关系的研究。
Piperlongumine is a natural alkaloid with many pharmacological activities, including anticancer, antiplatelet aggregation, anti-depression and antianxiety. Recently, the anticancer activity of piperlongumine has been studied intensively due to its specific cytotoxic effect towards tumor cells and non-cytotoxicity towards normal cells. The synthesis, biological activities and structure-activity relationships of piperlongumine derivatives were reviewed in this article.
