二十年来我国中小学教师心理健康的变迁 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨20年来,我国中小学教师心理健康状况的变化趋势;方法对195篇文献进行横断历史研究,这些文献都用SCL-90为研究工具,共计包含的中小学教师人数85574人;结果 115年来,中小学男女教师心理健康水平有所下降,但下降幅度几乎可以忽略不计。女教师在躯体化、抑郁、焦虑和恐怖因子上得分高于男教师(P<0.01或P<0.001),偏执和精神病性因子上则刚好相反(P<0.001);210多年来,小学和中学教师心理健康水平随年代增加呈逐渐下降趋势,中学教师心理健康下降的速度明显高于小学教师。除躯体化因子外,中小学教师其余8个因子之间均存在显著差异(P<0.001);318年来,城市教师心理健康水平受年代因素影响较大,下降速度也快,叫农村教师而言。城市和农村中小学教师心理健康状况显著差异(P<0.001)。结论 20年来,我国中小学教师心理健康水平呈逐渐下降趋势,但下降速度十分缓慢。 Objective The mental health status of primary and secondary school teachers in 20 years;Method 195 literatures documents are using SCL- 90 as a tool for the study, including the number of 85574 people. Results:①15 years, mental health level decreased of male and female teachers in primary and secondary schools, but the declineis almost negligible. Female teachers somatization, depression, anxiety and terror factor is higher than male teachers(p0.01 or p〈0.001), paranoia and psychosis factor is just the opposite(p〈0.001); ②over the past 10 years,primary school and secondary school teachers' mental health level decreased gradually, secondary school teachers mental health decline speed was significantly higher than that of primary school teachers. Except somatization,there were significant differences between the 8 factors of primary and secondary schoolteachers(p〈0.001);③for 18 years,the level of teachers' mental health in the city fall faster than rural teachers.The mental health status of city and rural teachers in primary and middle schools are different(p〈0.001);Conclusion 20 years, teachers' mental health level decreased gradually primary and secondary schools, but the speed is very slow.
