摘要
根据当前真空差压铸造控制系统控制功能薄弱的不足,运用工控机为控制中心,使用PCI总线技术,设计了一种真空差压铸造控制系统,介绍系统的整体结构,阐述系统的硬件与软件设计方法。真空差压铸造控制系统的应用,实现了真空差压铸造工艺的精确控制,提高真空差压铸造工艺水平。
According to the problems of control function weak of current control system in vacuum differential pressure casting, a control system for vacuum differential pressure casting was designed using industrial computer as the control center with the PCI bus technology. And the overall structure of the system was introduced, the design method of the system's hardware and software was expounded. The application of the control system can realize the precise control of the vacuum differential pressure casting process, improve the level of the vacuum differential pressure casting process.
