摘要
根据双极串联连铸电渣炉自动控制的需要,使用计算机控制与自动化技术设计了一种双极串联连铸电渣炉自动控制系统,对系统的总体设计,电极控制、抽锭控制、信号调理、液位检测、软件设计等实现方法做了介绍,通过该系统的应用,可以提高电渣连铸的生产效率,节能增效,为提高电渣连铸工艺水平提供借鉴。
According to the needs of the automatic control in bipolar series casting electroslag furnace, a computer automatic control system for bipolar series continuous casting electroslag furnace was designed using computer control and automation technology, and the overall design, electrode control, ingot and smoke control, signal conditioning, liquid level detection of the system and the software design method were introduced. The application of the system can improve the production efficiency and energy efficiency of electroslag continuous casting.
