摘要
为进一步提高真空差压铸造控制过程的智能化和自动化程度,提出一种基于S3C2440微处理器的嵌入式真空差压铸造控制系统。该系统应用ARM嵌入式控制方法,硬件方面以三星S3C2440微处理器为核心,具有开关数据采集、压力数据采集、开关阀控制等功能;软件方面基于S3C2440微处理器,以嵌入式Linux系统为平台实现控制系统的人机交互功能。实验测试表明,该铸造控制系统能根据压力参数变化,实时准确控制开关阀门,实现铸造过程的智能化和自动化控制。
In order to improve the automation and intelligence of the vacuum counter-pressure casting process, a control system of embedded vacuum counter-pressure casting based on S3 C2440 microprocessor was proposed. The system adopts ARM embedded control method. The Samsung S3 C2440 microprocessor was used as the core, and the system had the function of switch data acquisition, pressure data acquisition and valve control. The software was based on the microprocessor of S3 C2440, embedded Linux system was used as a platform to achieve human-computer interaction. The experiment results show that the system can accurately control the switch valve according to the change of pressure parameters. The automation and intelligent control of the casting process is realized.
