摘要
多孔钛及钛合金具有良好的抗腐蚀性、生物相容性和与人骨相匹配的力学性能,并且内部呈三维连通结构,可以促进体液的传输和新骨组织的内长入,是人体理想的替代植入件,因此,其制备及相关性能研究得到广泛关注。目前,用于多孔钛及多孔钛合金的制备工艺主要包括粉末烧结法、浆料发泡法、放电等离子烧结法、自蔓延高温合成法,以及快速成型法。对上述方法研究现状进行了阐述与分析,并对多孔钛及钛合金的研究发展方向进行了分析展望。
The porous titanium and titanium alloy possesses various characteristics, for instance:excellent corrosion resistance, biocompatibility and the mechanical properties matching with human phrenology, etc. Meanwhile, its internal three-dimensional connectivity structure could accelerate the circulation of body fluid and the in-growth of new bony tissue, which make this material become the ideal replacement of body implant. Therefore, its preparation method and the research of related properties have won extensive attention. The preparation method for porous titanium and titanium alloy comprises powder metallurgy method, deposi- tion, self-propagating high-temperature synthesis, rapid prototyping method, whose current research situation has been described and analyzed, and the direction on the future research of porous titanium and titanium alloy development has been analyzed.
