摘要
隐性课程的场源有:物质——空间类场源,组织——制度类场源,文化——心理类场源,三者涉及隐性课程存在的不同领域。通过分析香港中文大学现代书院的环境、组织制度、文化活动等特色"场源",以期为隐性课程的建构提供参考。从思想上重视是隐性课程场源建设的先决条件;建构优秀校园文化、充分利用有效资源丰富隐性课程内容以优化"场源"是隐性课程"场"效能最大化的关键;此外,形成制度文化是隐性课程"场"效能持久的保障。
There are three classes of hidden curriculum field source : the material and space, the organi- zation and system, the culture and psychology which involving different areas of hidden curriculum. Through the analysis of the environment, organization, system, characteristics of cultural activities of the Chinese uni- versity of Hong Kong college, it aims to give ideas for the construction of hidden curriculum. The precondition of the construction of hidden curriculum field source should be attached more importance. Then construct ex- cellent campus culture, make full use of effective resources enriched the contents of the hidden curriculum to optimize the field source efficiently. In addition, the formation of system culture is the security for the hidden curriculum "field" efficacy lasting.
