摘要 论文采用调查法、文献资料法和逻辑分析法,通过调查我国人力资源管理领域人才培养现状,对我国开展了近二十年的高校创业教育存在的问题进行了剖析,发现人力资源管理领域创业教育存在主体需求与社会需求、追求内涵与崇尚功用、开创思想与传统思想、实际支撑与理论理想四对主要矛盾,并根据实际提出了关注主体需求、重视终身理念、注重隐性课程、牢固支撑体系的相关对策,进而提出了深入实施创业教育的发展思路。 By the means of investigation, literature and logic analysis, we have got the information of China' s human resources management in the field of personnel training and the status of China's entrepreneurial education in colleges and universities in the past 20 years. As a matter of fact, there are some problems in the field of human resources management and entrepreneurship, that is, the main demands of education and social needs, advocating the pursuit of meaning and function of thinking and open up the traditional thinking, practical support and four pairs of ideals theoretical principal contradiction, and in accordance with the actual needs of the main concerns raised, the idea of great importance for life, pay attention to the hidden curriculum, strong support System-related measures proposed to implement an in--depth development of entrepreneurship education.
