摘要
目的通过优化工作流程,提高手术室工作效率及患者满意度。方法对手术室相关工作流程加以优化,比较优化前后手术室每日手术量、每日每手术间台次量及患者满意度。结果与流程优化前相比较,每日每手术间台次和每日手术量均有所提高,且患者的满意度也得到了提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过对手术相关环节进行流程改进和科学管理,能提高手术室的工作效率及医师的满意度,减少医患纠纷。
Objective Improve the efficiency of operation room and patient satisfaction by optimizing workflow.Methods Optimize the relevant working flow in operation room,comparison of before and after optimization operation,daily amount of daily operation room operation times between quantity and patient satisfaction.Results Compared with before the process optimization,every operation times and daily operation were improved and the satisfaction of patients has also been improved,the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion Improving the operation efficiency and the satisfaction degree of doctors in operation room,through improving the operation related process and scientific management,reduce medical disputes.
