摘要
目的探讨提高手术室工作效率改进计划的实施方法与效果。方法分析影响手术室使用效率的原因;制订和实施提高手术室工作效率的改进计划;实施计划1年后,评价手术室工作效率、患者等待手术时间、医生和护士对护理工作的满意度。结果手术室工作效率改进计划实施后,首台手术准时开台率为100.0%,实施前为70.0%,实施前后比较,x^2=32.558,P〈0.05,差异具有统计学意义。改进计划实施后。患者无论是首台手术等待时间还是次台手术等待时间均较改进计划实施前缩短,等待手术时间缩短30—60min,实施前后比较。均P〈0.05,差异具有统计学意义。实施前后医生和护士对护理工作的满意度比较,均P〈0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论行之有效的提高手术室工作效率改进计划不仅可以提高手术室使用率。而且还可提高患者和医护人员对护理工作的满意度。
Objective To investigate the methods for improving work efficiency in operation room. Methods We designed and implemented the modified working plan of the operation room based on analysis of the factors affecting work efficiency. After the modified plan was practiced for one year, we evaluated the work efficiency in the operation room, the patient waiting time and the satisfaetion rate of surgeons and nurses. Results There was a significant difference in the on-time performance of the first operation after the modified working plan was implemented (100.0% vs. 70.0%, X^2 = 32.558, P 〈 0.05). There were significant improvements on the on-time performance of the second operation in respect of patient waiting time (30 - 60 minutes shortened on average) and the satisfaction rate of surgeons and nurses (all P 〈 0.05). Conclusion It is imperative to undergo effective regulatory regime and work efficiency improving system, which can enhance work efficiency and save hospital cost.
