摘要 目的探讨生物降解材料在临床骨科踝部骨折中的应用价值。方法选取2013年5月∽2014年5月间收治的踝部骨折患者60例为研究对象,在征得患者同意的前提下将患者分为对照组和观察组,各30例,两组患者均使用常规性的骨折手术治疗的方法进行治疗,观察组患者使用可吸收的生物降解材料,对照组患者的固定材料选择使用金属材料,比较两组患者的治疗效果以及恢复情况。结果观察组和对照组的治疗总优良率分别为87.80%和85.37%,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。观察组患者在创面感染人数方面明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论使用生物降解材料进行内部固定性的治疗能够起到良好的效果,且在使用的过程中安全性较高,有助于患者的康复。 Objective To study the biodegradable material application value in clinical orthopaedics ankle fractures. Methods 60 cases of patients with ankle fractures were chosen as the research objects from May 2013 to May 2014, and divided into control group and observation group on the premise of patients' consent, 30 cases in each group. All patients were under conventional fracture surgery treatment. Patients in the observation group were under the surgery treatment with biodegradable materials of absorption as fixed materials, and Patients in the control patients group were with metal materials. Then compared the therapeutic effect of two groups of patients and recovery. Results The Total fine rate of observation group and control group were 87.80% and 85.37%, respectively, with no statistical significance (P 〉 0.05 ). In wound infection, the rate of observation group was significantly less than that in control group with statistical significance (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Using biodegradable materials for internal fixation treatment can get a good effect with high security.
