目标管理法在普外科临床护理实习生带教中的应用 被引量:10

Application of management by obiectives on clinical nursing internship teaching in General Surgery Department

摘要 目的:探讨目标管理法在普外科临床护理实习生带教中的应用效果。方法选择2013年7月—2014年6月普外科82名临床护理实习生作为观察组,选择2012年7月—2013年6月普外科78名临床护理实习生作为对照组,对照组实施常规教学模式,观察组采用目标管理法教学。带教结束后从实习生综合能力、带教对学员的满意度及学员对带教的满意度3个方面进行考核。结果培训后观察组实习生健康教育、专科操作、基础操作、理论考核评分分别为(92.2±5.5),(91.6±6.9),(90.8±8.2),(96.2±3.6)分,均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t 值分别为-2.896,-3.869,-2.826,-4.521;P〈0.05)。带教对两组实习生的劳动纪律的评分差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);在工作态度、学习进取、思想品德、差错事故、工作能力及总满意度方面差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。两组实习生对带教的自身素质评价一致,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);在护理教学活动、业务教学能力、教学态度及总满意度上差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论将目标管理法运用到普外科临床护理实习生的带教中,对带教及学员都提出了目标要求,利于带教老师水平的提高。该带教方法提高了学员的学习兴趣和综合能力,提高了带教老师对学员的满意度及学员对带教老师的满意度。 Objective To explore the effect of management by obiectives ( MBO) on clinical nursing internship teaching in General Surgery Department. Methods A total of 82 clinical nursing interns in General Surgery from July 2013 to June 2014 were selected as observation group, while 78 clinical nursing interns of general surgery from July 2012 to June 2013 were selected as control group. The clinical nursing interns of the control group were given traditional infusion teaching, the interns of the observation group was taught by MBO. We compared the comprehensive ability of interns, with teaching of interns job satisfaction and interns for teaching job satisfaction between two groups after training. Results After internship, the student′s score of health education, operation specialist, basic operation, and theory were (92. 2 ± 5. 5), (91. 6 ± 6. 9), (90.8 ±8.2), (96.2 ±3.6) in the observation group and all were better than those of the control group (t=-2. 896, -3. 869, -2. 826, -4. 521,respectively;P〈0. 05). The clinical teacher recognized no statistical significance for discipline between two groups (P〉0. 05); but the work attitudes, learning enterprise, ethic, error, work capacity and total satisfaction had statistical significance (P〈0. 05). The students in two groups had the same appraisal for clinical teacher (P〉0. 05), but they had different opinions towards clinical teaching activities, teaching ability and attitudes, and total satisfaction ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusions The MBO administration in General Surgery for clinical nursing teaching can have put forward the goal request for the teaching and the students, conducive to the improvement of teaching teachers, students′ learning interests and comprehensive ability, also improve the teaching teachers on students′satisfaction and students for the teaching of satisfaction.
