摘要
开放大学是教育部批准设立的以现代远程教育技术为支撑的新型大学,独特的学校发展战略使得开放大学教师的绩效考核也具有自身的特色。借鉴目标管理理论、360度反馈及平衡计分卡的理论,开放大学教师绩效考核体系是一个由社会贡献、学习者因素及学习与成长三个维度所构成的函数模型,可以为开放大学人事制度的改革提供一种理论探索。
The Open University is a new type of university approved by the Ministry of Education which is supported by the modem distance education technology. The schools unique strategy makes the teacher performance appraisal also has its own characteristics. By learning target management theory, theory of 360 - degree feedback and Balanced Scorecard, teacher performance appraisal system of the Open University is a function model of three dimensions provided by social contribution, learners and learning and growth factors. It is a theoretical attempt to the reform of the personnel system of Open University.
