摘要
高校教师绩效考核问题是推进高校改革与发展、建设高层次大学的核心问题。分析当前高校教师绩效考核中存在的问题,应从教学、科研、学生培养、学科建设、服务性工作五个方面构建高校教师绩效考核指标体系。运用专家意见法构建指标数据库,运用层次分析法确定各指标权重,使考核指标更具科学性、合理性。
The problem of the college teachers performances assessment is the core problem of boosting the innovation and development of colleges, and constructing the high quality colleges. Through analyzing the problems existing in the contemporary college teachers performance assessment properly, to construct the index system of the college teachers performance assessment in the five aspects, which are teaching, scientific research, student cultivating, subject construction, and service. Applying the method of expert opinion to build the index database, applying the Analytic Hierarchy Process to make sure the proportion of each index, in order to make the assessment index more scientific and rational.
