摘要
气缸盖是船舶柴油机发动机的重要组成部分,其结构复杂,工作环境恶劣,由于其底部属燃烧室,长期受高温、高压及燃气的影响,使得船舶柴油机气缸盖很容易出现故障,导致发动机无法正常运行、船舶动力装置受损,影响船舶的日常工作。以气缸盖裂纹为主,分析了气缸盖故障产生的原因,提出了判断故障的主要方法,并给出了具针对性的预防措施,同时简单阐述了气缸盖的日常维护要点。
The cylinder head is an important part of the ship＇s diesel engines,its complex structure,poor working conditions,because it belongs to the bottom of the combustion chamber,long the high temperature,high pressure and influence of gas,marine diesel engine cylinder head makes it prone to failure,causing the engine not working,marine power plant damaged,affecting the daily work of the ship.Taking the cylinder head crack mainly analyzes the causes of failure of the cylinder head,and propose a method to determine the main fault and gives a targeted prevention measures,and briefly discusses the daily maintenance points of the cylinder head.
