摘要
为对比密封方式对气缸盖疲劳试验结果的影响,对采用O型橡胶圈和气缸垫两种密封方式分别进行有限元分析和应力测量试验,得到了同一气缸盖采用这两种密封方式时的应力分布情况。结果表明,采用O型橡胶圈密封时,气缸盖的应力值大幅度降低,气缸盖疲劳试验结果较开放。
In order to compare the influences of different sealing modes on cylinder head fatigue test results, the finite element analysis and stress measurement based on the ()-ring rubber sealing and cylinder head gasket sealing were carried out and the stress distribution of both sealing modes for the same cylinder head was acquired. The results show that the stress of cylinder head reduces greatly when using the O-ring rubber sealing and its corresponding fatigue test result is higher.
