在简要介绍船舶柴油机汽缸盖恶劣的工作环境基础上,指出它容易产生的故障,并针对常出现的裂纹故障,分析其裂纹产生的原因,并指出如何检查裂纹,以及一些应急修理方法,最后给出预防汽缸盖裂纹产生的措施。
This essay firstly introduces the abominable working environment in which the diesel engine cylinder cover works, points out it easy to be in trouble and analyzes the causes leading to cracks. It also tells how to repair the cracks just by checking the cracks and preventing its appearance damage. Some measures are given here.
