摘要
针对某型汽车变速箱内传动轴在高速运转时出现的共振现象,对其进行振动模态分析,获得其固有频率和模态振型。结果表明,该传动轴的有限元仿真结果和实验结果相吻合,在运行过程中,不会与50 Hz工频及汽车整车的频率发生共振,为传动轴的故障诊断提供基础,并且给汽车的舒适性、平稳性等问题的研究奠定了基础。
Aiming at the automotive drive shaft in non during the high - speed operation, the drive shaft is transmission existing inevitably resonance phenome- regarded as research object, the vibration modal analy- sis is carried out and the natural frequency and modal vibration mode are got. The resuhs show that the drive shaft of the finite element simulation results and experimental results are identical with each other, the reso- nance frequency with 50 Hz power frequency and the frequency of the motor vehicle doesnt occur in the process of running, the foundation for fault diagnosis of drive shaft , comfort and smoothness of the automobile are pro- vided.
